The Launderette is located in the sleepy Catskills town of Narrowsburg and serves 10 pies with some interesting combinations — like their Bacon Cheeseburger Pie featuring cheddar, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, and secret sauce. Vegan cheese or gluten free crust are available on all pies.
What’s Unique: The views. One of the most scenic restaurants I’ve been to. You can’t beat the views over the Delaware River, especially at sunset.
What To Eat: I tried two pies while I was there. Their mushroom pie was phenomenal and featured an assortment of mushrooms with taleggio cheese and truffle oil. I also tried a Spanakopita pizza that was a special on the menu, but underdelivered.
What To Know Before You Go: Located at 20 5th Street, Narrowsburg, NY 12764, The Launderette has a number of non-pizza offerings like hot dogs and tacos. They are open for lunch and you can make reservations via Resy in advance.
